Mackie Thump12v4 professional powered loudspeakers are the loudest, lowest and clearest everyday gigging solution for any live sound user of any experience level, combining 129 dB maximum SPL, 39 Hz low frequency response and SoundCheck DSPTM digital signal processing.

SoundCheck DSPTM Voicing Modes

Flat Mode: Neutral, Pure Sound

You work hard to shape your sound. If you‘re a guitarist, you might create a signature tone using a perfectly curated pedalboard. If you‘re a live sound professional, you know how to build your mix using tools like EQ and compression. Flat mode keeps Thump12v4 transparent, projecting your sound in its purest form.

DJ Mode: Music Playback

Maybe you‘re a DJ, and you need enough “low end” in your speaker to get people moving their “low ends” on the dance floor. Maybe you just need a speaker to stream music at parties or events. For music playback that really thumps, use Thump12v4 in DJ mode. Connect your DJ gear or stream with Bluetooth®. (Or both at the same time!)

Live Mode: Live Music and Events

Mackie rules live sound. Thump12v4 takes that reputation into a new generation with enhanced sound quality, more volume and modern voicing that makes your vocals pop with midrange clarity. Used in Live mode, Thump12v4 delivers flawless sound for vocal performances, speeches and even karaoke.

Wedge Mode: Stage Monitor

Thump12v4 makes the perfect stage monitor or wedge monitor. Just flip the speaker on its side and switch to Wedge mode. You‘ll hear yourself clearly on stage, giving you that extra boost of confidence you need when you‘re belting it out for the crowd. (Putting your foot up on the monitor won’t improve your sound, but Wedge mode will.)

Feedback Eliminator
Remember in those old movies when a principal is giving a speech to the students using a microphone, and there‘s an ear-piercing squeal? Sorry to tell you, but that is now a thing of the past. With Feedback Eliminator, all your performances are feedback free, without you having to know a thing about audio.

Music Ducking
You’re DJing. The music is flowing. People are moving on the dance floor. But, oh no: You have to make an announcement. Don’t want to bring the mood to a screeching halt? Just turn on Music Ducking. The music will automatically dim (not stop) when you‘re speaking into the mic, then return to full volume.

Outdoor Mode
Speakers sound different outdoors. Music that once sounded full and punchy might become muffled and dull. There are scientific reasons for this difference, involving resonance and reflections. But you don’t need to worry about that. Just use Outdoor mode when you take Thump12v4 outside.

Bluetooth® Streaming and App

Stream songs from your phone or tablet with Bluetooth®. Link two Thump12v4 speakers wirelessly for stereo, zone or dual mono playback without cables. Control every setting on the speaker from across the room with the intuitive Thump Connect 2 app, so you‘re never caught out of reach. Bluetooth® works simultaneously with analog inputs and passes to XLR mix output.

Connect to Anything With Built-in Mixer

Connect to Anything With Built-in Mixer

Connect Thump12v4 to anything: microphones, DJ controllers, aux playback devices, keyboards, guitar pedalboards and more, using the combo inputs on the built-in mixer. Adjust the input gain and overall volume for the perfect mix. The convenient XLR output is great for chaining the signal to another speaker.

Pole Mounted

Mount your Thump12v4 speaker anywhere with the convenient, sturdy T100 tripod (sold separately).

Flown

Use the built-in M10 flypoints to install your Thump12v4 speaker overhead with the PA-A3 eyebolt kit (sold separately).

Sub Combo

For bass you can really feel, mount Thump12v4 above the Thump15Sv4 or Thump18Sv4 subwoofer with the SPM400 pole (sold separately).

Portable PA

Carry your Thump12v4 loudspeaker by the premium metal handles and use it anywhere.
