If you're sure your gear is not working, inside or outside of warranty, you'll need to visit a service center. Service centers are also your source for official Mackie parts.

Use the links below to determine if your product is still under warranty.  For warranty repairs, you’ll need to contact support and request a Service Request Number. You will also need to provide your original receipt to the service center to prove your product is still under warranty.  To find an authorized service center near you search our Service Center locator.  Non-warranty repairs can go straight to a service center; there is no need to contact support first.
