To fulfill your product orders, we may also disclose your personal information to our affiliates, third party service providers or distributors.
LOUD also gathers non-descriptive, non-personal information about how many visitors use our website. LOUD does not collect any personal information about you in this instance but LOUD may collect information that a user has visited the website for statistical analysis of the public’s use of our website.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION:

Certain information, such as personal information and payment information, is collected directly from you when you provide it to us.

Other information, such as certain device information and technical information, is collected automatically when you interact with our website, products, or apps. We may also use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain technical information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including (i) details of your visits to our website and apps, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the website or apps, and (ii) information about your computer or mobile device and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Some internet browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features which send a signal or preference to websites indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Please note that the LOUD does not respond to or take any action with respect to any browser Do-Not-Track signals.

The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include personal information. It helps us to improve our products and services and to deliver a better and more personalized service. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your computer or mobile device. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our website or apps. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our website or use our apps.

  • Third-Party Analytics. We use third-party service providers to evaluate the use of and to help us improve services, performance, and user experiences of our website and apps. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons or Flash cookies, to perform their services.] To request a complete list of services please write to [email protected]
Some Mackie apps allow the creation of user images for channel, show or preset identification. These can be imported from the photo library or directly taken with a device camera. The user can manually export these images as part of show or system exports, which can then be reimported into the app. These images are not shared with LOUD. Also, some Mackie apps allow recording from device microphones or digital audio inputs, and/or the playback of audio from device headphones, speakers, or digital audio outputs. The user can manually control when recording and playback occurs. These recordings are not shared with LOUD.
