2000W Class-D Amplifier
Mackie is always pushing the envelope of what’s possible for live sound. We built SRM V-Class on the most advanced amplifier platform we have ever developed. This amp outperforms other portable loudspeakers with the highest SPL in its class, while delivering incredible stability, audio fidelity and reliability. Thanks to Power Factor Correction, SRM215 V-Class even stays rock-solid (and LOUD!) in demanding settings where the AC power is shaky.

Custom Transducers
SRM V-Class PA speakers feature custom transducers that are over-engineered (on purpose) using only premium components: large magnets, robust motors and specially designed voice coils, plus a polymer high-frequency driver. Even the cabinet is engineered around the transducers, with additional cooling vents and directional cabinet porting for maximum heat dispersion and reliability. The end result is best-in-class accuracy and efficiency.

Custom Sym-X™ Horn
Mackie designed the custom Sym-X™ horn specifically to bring out the very best from the high-frequency transducer, while maintaining the flattest response possible at the crossover point. Surprise, surprise... we nailed it. The special design of this horn allows the HF compression driver to operate at near maximum efficiency, meaning louder, better sound. The transition between the LF and HF is symmetrical, creating an incredibly smooth midrange.

Advanced Impulse^™ DSP
Advanced Impulse^™ DSP is not your typical filtering technology. This fine-tuned processing removes all the anomalies from the signal, from “honkiness” or “squelch” to "mushy" low end, outputting nothing but perfect, clean sound. By more intelligently (and more thoroughly) employing the benefits of FIR filtering, Advanced Impulse^™ DSP ensures clarity across the entire dispersion zone (horizontal and vertical), as well as frequency range and time domain. Transparent System Protection
Other loudspeakers feature some sort of protection and limiting to help them squeeze a dB or two out of the speaker. This is almost always at the expense of sound quality, experienced as diminished bass response and a "pumping" sound. SRM215 V-Class analyzes the audio signal and identifies the problem areas, then dynamically applies multi-band compression to those specific frequencies. This keeps levels where you want them and maintains sound quality that exceeds expectations.

Intelligent Bass Management^™
Too often with PA systems, “powerful” bass turns into “overpowering” bass, and the song turns into a muddy mess of sound. SRM215 V-Class makes sure this will never happen to you, even when you really crank the volume. Intelligent Bass Management^™, our proprietary low frequency management technology, maintains tonal balance and output level when operating at very high SPL, while still keeping the bass tight and punchy, perfect for reproducing the complex low end in EDM and pop music.

SRM Mix Control^™ Built-in Mixer
Built into SRM215 V-Class is a 4-channel digital mixer that can handle all your sources, while giving you the professional tools you need to craft the right mix. Connect to two independent channels for mic, line and instrument signals. Use the dedicated stereo channel for other playback devices. See everything on the full color display while you adjust levels and EQ, apply voicing modes for different applications and venues, dial in alignment delay and crossover—even save 10 user presets.

SRM Connect^™ App
With the SRM Connect^™ app available for iOS and Android devices, you get complete control over everything in SRM215 V-Class—and then some! Stand anywhere in the venue and access your PA system levels, EQ, meters and configuration, all wirelessly from your phone or tablet. That’s right, DJs: No more guessing how things sound out there! You can hear for yourself and make tweaks in real time. Be sure to save a quick preset to streamline setup at the next gig.

Bluetooth^® Streaming and Linking
When you link to a second SRM V-Class speaker wirelessly via Bluetooth^®, you get control over the entire PA system in the app, all in one view. No additional pairing or swapping back and forth on your device. For an incredibly simple music playback system, you can stream music directly to both loudspeakers from any Bluetooth^® enabled device. It’s perfect sound quality combined with incredible convenience. If you’re a professional, that’s music to your ears.

Vertical or Wedge
SRM V-Class loudspeakers perform equally well as professional PA speakers and as incredibly high-performance floor monitors. Thanks to the dual-angled cabinet design, you can place the speaker vertically or in the horizontal “wedge” position on stage, with no change in sound quality.

Pole Mounted
Elevate your SRM V-Class loudspeaker with the built-in pole mount for optimal coverage and minimal reflections. Use the T100 tripod stand to mount the speaker on its own, or the SPM400 speaker pole to mount it above a compatible Mackie subwoofer. (Tripod, pole and sub sold separately.)

Suspended
SRM V-Class is an excellent choice for permanent installations at venues and businesses where sound quality is a priority. To save valuable space on the floor, suspend the loudspeaker securely overhead using the M10 fly points and PA-A3 eyebolt kit. (Eyebolt kit sold separately.)
